Cancellation Policy

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on team info@thecosmeticscloset.com or call/whatsapp us on +918287099456

Cancellation is available only for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders.

Cancellation post shipment

Cancellation post shipping is currently not possible since the order has already been handed over to our courier partner.

  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery.

  • If a customer denies COD order during the attempt of delivery, all their future COD orders with be cancelled without further notice. Thereafter, they will only be able to place prepaid orders on our website.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds: 

The Cosmetics Closet offers its customers claims policy, wherein you can raise request for a claim within 24 hrs of its delivery ONLY if the product you receive arrives in a damaged condition with parcel opening video from starting to end.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email/call/whatsapp (info@thecosmeticscloset.com) within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request for claim of your damaged products. Kindly email or whatsapp an images and video of the damaged product & the order number for our reference.

How do I return an item purchased on The Cosmetics Closet?

All sales are final. We don’t offer returns/refunds/exchanges at the moment.
